It teaches professionals how their inner system was designed to operate, why specific patterns repeat over time, and how to change those patterns at the source rather than the surface.

In practice, energy mastery covers four areas: personal energy that stabilises your inner clarity, relational energy that shapes how you connect with others, business energy that sustains your work, and spiritual energy that connects you to deeper purpose. Self-mastery is the capacity to understand and regulate your own inner system clearly enough to act from clarity rather than reaction. It is not about perfection. It is about understanding how you operate, recognising what drives you under pressure, and developing the ability to choose your response rather than be governed by old patterns. Programs are delivered live and online via video conference, led by experienced facilitators. Sessions typically run 90 minutes to 2 hours and unfold over multiple weeks. Several programs include in-person options in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne, including our Trance Energy Healing Clinics, which are limited to 8 participants per clinic. All online sessions are interactive and facilitator-led, not pre-recorded.
This work is for professionals, leaders, and anyone ready for grounded, lasting personal and spiritual development. Participants come from across the spectrum: people just beginning their inner work, those returning after a long pause, and experienced practitioners looking for a deeper level of change. Each pathway is designed to meet you where you are.
Courses are structured group programs that unfold over multiple sessions, teaching frameworks and techniques you apply over time. They are designed for sustained learning and integration. Consultations are personalised one-to-one sessions focused on your specific situation, including the Life Blockage Release Consultation and other targeted sessions with experienced consultants. Many participants use both.
Programs are delivered live and online via video conference, led by experienced facilitators. Formats vary by program: weekly series running over several weeks, and multi-day immersive courses. Almost all programs are online. The exceptions are our in-person Trance Energy Healing Clinics, held in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne (limited to 8 participants per clinic), and personal consultations, which can be booked in-person or online. All online sessions are interactive and facilitator-led, not pre-recorded.
Solara Academy is based in Australia, with our team operating across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne. In-person events run regularly in all four locations, including our Trance Energy Healing Clinics. Online programs are accessible internationally, and we work with participants across Australia, the United States, and Europe.
